When should I place my order?
We recommend our boxes to be delivered on the day of or day before an event. We require 24 hours notice for all orders.
How should I store and consume your products to ensure freshness?
All our orders are made on the day to ensure freshness. Our strawberries can be refrigerated and are best eaten within 48 hours.
How does delivery and pickup work?
We offer delivery and pickup between 11am and 3pm on:
- Some weekdays from our Burwood location
- Weekends from our Sefton location
On the selected day, we will contact you via SMS to confirm the estimated time of delivery or pickup. If the recipient is not at the address of delivery we will leave the gift in a safe and cool space.
If you need your order at a specific day or time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you cater for any dietary and nutritional requirements?
Our chocolate contains Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier Soya Lecithin, and Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Callebaut chocolate is also certified halal and gluten-free. May contain traces of nuts.
We currently do not offer any dairy-free or vegan options.
